Let’s get something straight here. You can’t manage time; you can only manage how you spend it.
Remember the time-money spectrum? Think of this as “time AS money”.
One small change in how you use time will eventually make a big difference in how effective your efforts are. Take time blocks, for instance.
There’s nothing more complicated about scheduling time blocks than saying “Between 9 and 10 a.m., I will work only on ________”.
All you have to do after that is IT.
